We have developed new electrodes for your electrochemotherapy treatments!
They are non-invasive plate electrodes suitable for surface tumors of different small sizes. They are made of two parallel stainless steel plates of 2 cm long 1 cm large and spaced by 8 mm. More than 20 publications use plate electrodes, they allow you to encompass the tumor between them.
As for the L-shaped electrodes, to achieve better distribution of the electric field, the application of electric pulses should be performed twice in a perpendicular direction. If the tumor is larger than the distance between the electrodes, the application of electrodes should start from the margin of the tumor (including the safety margin) and progress toward the center of the tumor.
